Dieser Ort ist einen Stopp wert. You find yourself in the midst of vineyards, fruits, almond trees and potatoes fields. Try a glass of white wine, typical for this area.

The absolute must of the island is a visit to the Loro Parque, one of most important attractions in Tenerife. It is unique in the world and it is worth a minimum stay of 6 hours. In our office, Gooozy Travel is selling the tickets with a guarantee of not queuing outside the Loro Parque. Should you want to visit the park, we recommend to reserve the whole day by driving directly on the motorway to Puerto de la Cruz. In the evening you could visit the restaurants in the centre or the restaurants which are situated alongside the impressive coastline of Puerto de la Cruz. Other places worthwhile to visit are “Jardin Botanico”, the Casino and Hotel Botanico. When driving back to the south, take the motorway direction La Laguna and Santa Cruz. Pay attention NOT TO MISS the exit to the southern motorway ( Autopista del Sur ) . Remain on the right track of the motorway because the exit to the southern motorway can be easily missed !! If on your way back your schedule allows you to stop at Candelaria than we advice you to do so. This is the spot of the pilgrimage of the Canary Islands. In the basilica completed in 1958, you can see the black virgin, the main patron of the islands. On the square in front of the basilica, notice the huge stone sculptures of the Menceys, the ancient Guanche kings, the natives before the Spanish conquerors.
